Each chapter is written for that one park. It covers what the land looks like, what lives there, how the seasons change it, and how to photograph it.
The words belong to that place. A second park gets a second chapter, written again from the ground up.

I’m Yegor, a web designer and developer based in New York. I study Photographic Science at RIT, design websites for businesses, and ship iOS apps to the App Store.
TrailMark is where those things meet: light, landscape, and a website built to be clear, fast, and easy to explore.
Why I’m building this
I believe the national parks are some of the clearest pictures of God’s creation we get to walk through. Standing in some of these places has taken my breath away: the scale, the light, the quiet. TrailMark is my way of appreciating that creation, one park at a time, and inviting others to see it too.

How the facts stay right

The Park Service comes first. Every chapter is researched from National Park Service pages, and the sources are recorded for each park.

No guessed numbers. If a figure can’t be confirmed, it’s left out.
- 03
What changes points to NPS. Fees, permits, shuttles, and closures link to the Park Service instead of being written in stone.
